"Casa Segobiano" is an ocean view condo in the trendy north end of Playa del Carmen available for short term vacation rentals throughout the year. Conveniently located between the turquoise Caribbean Sea and and the famous Quinta Avenida with endless shops and International cuisine it is your choice to relax in the hammock, dance all night or explore the nearby ancient ruins.
Arriving at Condominiums "Hacienda San Jose" you step through the gates into the courtyard's tropical garden where the swimming pool invites you for a dip with the palm trees providing just enough shade.
Upon entering ground level Casa Segobiano you experience a beautiful vibrant Mexican decor with vivid colors. The ocean breeze lets you forget there is air conditioning for your comfort should you ever need it.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and looks out to the swimming pool and tropical garden. The second bedroom features a king size bed with ocean view.
Both bathrooms have been newly remodeled. One of the bathrooms has a bath tub in addition to the shower. The kitchen provides everything you need.
Lay back and enjoy the ocean view in the hammock on the screened in porch and you will find it hard to leave to for sightseeing adventures or the 3 to 5 minute walk to Mamitas or the new upscale Kool Beach Club.
Lay on the couch, enjoy ocean view and breeze and still watch the Sky TV.
To keep this vacation home smelling fresh and new we kindly ask our renters to refrain from smoking inside the unit.

Reservation Policies
We recommend travel insurance to avoid any acts of the almighty.
- Vacation Rental Rates are in US Dollars (USD). Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary.
- A security deposit of US 500 will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure.
- We prefer your rental reservation be paid with check or money order.
- A 50% deposit along with the signed contract is required within seven days of booking to hold the dates for your vacation home. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.
- Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable based on ability to re-rent. There will be a US 150 handling fee on all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals.
- If travel is restricted by the US Government or Airlines forcing a cancellation, your vacation rental can be rescheduled within a year. No refunds. Adjustments for seasonal changes may apply. A low season rental will be honored without additional charge. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking inside the property.
- Three night minimum stay.
- Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible.
- All vacation rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations.
- Your vacation home includes maid service once a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $35 per day.
- Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home. The lock box code for your vacation home will be emailed to you upon receipt of final payment around two weeks prior to your arrival. Please remember to bring these instructions with you.
- Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
- Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving your vacation home.
